Josh is a graduate of College of the Ozarks and has been flying since 2001. He worked as a mechanic for American Eagle Airlines for a number of years. In 2014 he renewed his flight instructor certificate by “upgrading” to the Instrument Instructor Certificate. Josh loves all things flying. Growing up in Bolivia, South America around missionary pilots has given him an appreciation for bush flying and good stick-and-rudder skills.
A business owning entrepreneur for the last 30 years, and a CFI for the past 10. Been in Springfield for 5 years after moving from Kansas. Crosswinds, nothing like where I came from. I have a passion for safe flying, knowing your personal minimums while challenging yourself to learn on every single flight-how can I better myself next time. -Dave Payne
A graduate of College of the Ozarks in 2015, Caleb has been flying since 2013. He served for 4 years in the Army before deciding to pursuing his childhood passion of flying. He has been flying professionally for 1 year and is has assisted Sky Adventures by starting both our Branson and Harrison campuses. He is a passionate instructor that emphasizes personal minimums, safety, and spreading the joy of flight. His long term goal is to fly as a Corporate Pilot and continue to teach.
